A new-build 43-bed nursing home linked to an existing care home on the same levels, so that the home can operate as one. The new building is part two and part three storey, using site levels to full advantage. Each unit is designed as a separate living and dining facility with the required ancillary accommodation provided on each level. A new kitchen and social areas are also included.
