Chevin Country Park Hotel.
Watson Batty are undertaking works at the Chevin Country Park Hotel in Otley, which has recently been purchased by Scottish chain Crerar Hotels. Watson Batty have been involved with the site for over three years, securing a planning permission in the green belt location for the previous owners that included a new function suite, health spa re-development and a further 21 new woodland lodges. The current project will comprise various renovation works to the bar, restaurant and conservatory areas as well as the main entrance. The development is designed to complement the rural location of the hotel.
