Our involvement in regeneration includes many housing led schemes, however we are also experienced in a diverse range of projects not normally associated with this sector. These include a masterplan for a civic quarter in Byker and a sports quarter in Bradford and the design of a run down rural area formerly the bulb centre of the fens. Regeneration projects are generally undertaken in partnership with local authorities. Where appropriate our role extends into identifying and making the best use of additional grants, funding and leverage.
