Odsal Masterplan.
The masterplan for Odsal creates a sporting village for an area which currently incorporates a range of ageing or inadequate sports and leisure facilities. The Richard Dunn Centre, a run down late 1970’s swimming pool, is to be replaced with a state of the art new leisure centre; Bradford Bulls Stadium will benefit from enhanced facilities and a new athletics stadium is planned. A range of mixed tenure housing will be constructed on vacated land, providing much needed accommodation in the area.
