Our specialist regeneration team provided an unusual and sympathetic development on this 40-acre run down site that was once the centre of the bulb industry in the fens. A 40-outlet retail park containing Dutch references, now finances the Fenlands Discovery Centre, an interactive exhibition for the Fenlands Tourist Board and the revival of the Festival Gardens. An internal and external commercial garden centre is also incorporated into the scheme.
