Westfield Crescent.

Westfield Crescent at Market Weighton for Chevin Housing was one of the first projects we looked at as part of the Synergy Housing Solutions Framework. The site was a natural extension to the previously completed 1990s scheme by Chevin Housing and the flat topography looked very encouraging. There were however a variety of existing constraints that we faced, including a potential flood risk due to a nearby beck, pedestrian access through the site and a pumping station which had to be retained.

The completed 2 storey scheme consists of 2 bed flats and 2 bed and 3 bed houses for rent and shared ownership. It is built in red multi brick and render with red profiled tiled roofs to sit well in its surroundings.
