A high specification new build development of 20, 2 bedroom apartments constructed on a prominent corner site following the demolition of a dilapidated single dwelling. Watson Batty consulted closely with the local planning department and established an architectural style that was sympathetic to the surroundings, accommodated issues arising from TPO’s and maintained a balance of green space.
