Development.
Located on the former site of the famous Leyland Bus Factory, this new retail development comprises a new Morrisons supermarket, Homebase and Argos stores. To ensure the individual units complemented each other both in terms of appearance and functionality, Watson Batty was appointed to work on all three of the new buildings. The largest project on site is the 83,600 sqft Morrisons store, which is the 10th to be completed by the practice in the last 20 years. The development also features a petrol filling station, car wash facility and pedestrian link to the town centre.
