Watson Batty has developed strong links with supermarket chain Morrison's following the successful completion of new stores across the region including Hull, Huddersfield and most recently, Leyland, where the store was located on the former site of the famous Leyland Bus Factory. Watson Batty was also appointed to design a new landmark Morrison's supermarket in the heart of York city centre. The new 78,000 square foot store will form part of a new retail development at Foss Island and is located on the former site of York council's waste depot.
