Located within the historic city of York, on a former Council Depot site in direct eye line to the historic city walls, this foodstore is the latest successful retail project completed on behalf of Wm Morrison Supermarkets in a relationship spanning over 20 years. The development consists of a new Morrison 77,800sqft Supermarket and 4 pump Petrol Station, and forms part of the larger Foss Islands Retail Park. The foodstore project on behalf of Wm Morrison included extensive demolitions, remediation and piling and was completed on budget and to a very tight programme.
